Bieber sekarang tinggal di Atlanta, Georgia, kampung halaman Usher, bersama ibunya untuk mencapai cita-citanya berkarir di dunia musik. Sahabatnya di Atlanta, Christian Beadles, juga sering mengirim video ke YouTube. Bieber mengaku sempat berpacaran dengan kakak dari Christian, seorang gadis bernama Caitlin, namun ia juga mengatakan bahwa mereka sudah putus.

Pada usia 12 tahun, Justin mengikuti kontes menyanyi di kotanya, Stratford, dan memenangkan juara kedua. Sejak itu dia mulai mendokumentasikan penampilannya dan mengunggahnya diYoutube, untuk teman-teman yang tak sempat melihatnya tampil. Beruntung, Scooter Braun, eksekutif marketing So So Def yang tanpa sengaja menyaksikan penampilannya di Youtube tertarik pada bakat musikalitasnya. Braun segera mengontak Bieber dan menerbangkannya ke Atlanta, Georgia untuk bertemu Usher.

Tak lama, Usher setuju mengorbitkannya melalui label rekamanIsland Record pada Oktober 2008. Untuk memantapkan karier musiknya Bieber dan ibunya pindah ke Atlanta.

Selain menyanyi, Bieber juga pernah menjadi presenter untukGrammy Awards ke-52. Prestasinya dalam dunia musik membuatnya menjadi penyanyi pop solo termuda yang mampu merajai tangga lagu dunia.

Bieber sekarang sedang mengerjakan proyek album perdananya, "My World", yang akan dirilis 17 November 2009. Albumnya akan menampilkan guest vocal Usher, yang juga tampil dalam video musiknya, "One Time". Seperti diketahui bersama, gelar penjualan perdana tiket konser sang bintang kecil usia ini di Atrium Lt 1 Plasa Indonesia EX pada Sabtu, 22 Januari 2011, dapat dipastikan sukses besar dengan ludesnya sekitar 3,000 tiket yang disediakan Marygopsstudio sebagai promotor. Di lain pihak, hasil penelusuran tim LintasCafe, terdapat beberapa pernyataan dari para Belieber yang telah berhasil membeli tiket konser JB ini dalam kurun waktu setelah penjualan perdana dilakukan di EX (22/1) lalu hingga Jumat (28/1) di beberapa akun FaceBook yang memproklamirkan diri sebagai penjual tiket Justin Bieber LIVE in Jakarta 23 April 2011 ini dengan beberapa variasi harga yang cukup mencengangkan.
Diantaranya ada yang membeli seharga Rp. 350,000,-/lembar tiket …….. padahal harga tiket termurah secara resmi adalah Rp. 500,000,-/lembar untuk Tribune 2. Ada pula informasi yang diperoleh tim LintasCafe tentang penjualan tiket seharga Rp. 4,000,000,- untuk VIP dengan bonus T-Shirt yang ditandatangani oleh (asli) Justin Bieber ! Wah … wah … gejala apa lagi ini ?
Terkesan memanfaatkan kepopuleran Justin Bieber berkaitan dengan eforia kedatangan JB dan pasti memanfaatkan situasi minimnya informasi penjualan tiket lanjutan yang seharusnya sudah ada penjualan OnLine sejak 24 Januari 2011 dan di tunda hingga belum ditentukan batas waktu pastinya.
Pastinya BUKAN rajaKARCIS yang melakukan penjualan OnLine seperti yang dimaksudkan di atas ini, karena itu LintasCafe menghimbau untuk berhati-hati kepada semua Belieber untuk tidak terburu-buru berburu tiket sebelum secara resmi diumumkan oleh pihak promotor (Marygopsstudio) mengenai penjualan tiket secara resmi.
Apalagi dengan harga yang tidak masuk akal, di bawah harga resmi yang terendah ? Atau jauh melambung di atas harga termahal yang sudah diumumkan dengan iming-iming bonus T-Shirt ?

Justin Bieber Bikin Keributan di Mall .. :O

ntah karena yakin kalau tak akan ada yang mengenalinya atau memang sengaja namun hari itu Justin Bieber terlihat belanja di sebuah mall di Ontario, tempat tinggalnya. Jelas saja tak perlu waktu terlalu lama buat orang-orang untuk mengenalinya dan dalam seketika keributan pun terjadi di tempat belanja yang seharusnya tenang itu.
Menurut Splash News, Justin Bieber terlihat berbelanja tepat sehari setelah hari Natal di Fairview Mall di Kitchener, Ontario. Biasanya memang tak ada yang istimewa dan suasana mall selalu tenang. Awalnya memang tak ada yang mengenali Justin namun pelan-pelan orang mulai yakin kalau remaja yang ada di mall itu adalah Justin Bieber.

Seketika saja para cewek berteriak histeris dan mengerumuni penyanyi berusia 16 tahun ini. Keadaan mulai tak terkendali dan manajer mall terpaksa harus memanggil polisi dan melarikan Justin Bieber keluar mall sebelum situasi jadi semakin memburuk. Ini memang bukan pertama kalinya Justin Bieber terlihat di tempat umum tanpa pengawalan ketat. Sebelumnya ia juga terlihat sedang berjalan-jalan di South Beach, Miami bersama Selena Gomez.

Tapi apa boleh buat, sepertinya kesepakatan tak bisa dicapai dan pihak Justin Bieber terpaksa harus mundur. Padahal, rumor seputar toko Justin Bieber ini sudah disambut baik oleh para fans.
Sebelumnya memang sempat beredar kabar kalau bakal ada mega store Justin Bieber yang bakal mengambil lokasi di The Grove, sebuah shopping center terbuka di Los Angeles. Malahan sempat disebutkan kalau pihak yang berada di balik rencana ini adalah pihak yang juga membantu keluarga Kardashian membuka toko di Las Vegas. Jadi, sebenarnya nyaris tak ada alasan kenapa rencana ini bisa batal.

"Saya memang sempat berunding dengan mereka tahun lalu. Begitu sampai akhir November, semuanya jadi berantakan. Rencana ini tidak akan dilanjutkan," ujar Jennifer Gordon, juru bicara Justin Bieber seperti dikutip dari Splash News. Seandainya mega store ini benar-benar terwujud maka para fans Justin Bieber bisa berbelanja apapun yang 'berbau' Justin, mulai dari aksesoris, sampai skateboard dan beberapa mainan.

Dalam akun Twitternya, Bieber juga sempat membocorkan isi filmnya nanti, yang akan bercerita tentang perjuangannya menjadi musisi no. 1.

"Ceritanya tentang harapan dan aku ingin memberi inspirasi anak-anak lain untuk mengejar impian mereka. Bahkan film ini tidak hanya tentangku. Dari @scooterbraun sampai @studiomama, juga @thatrygood dan @kennyhamilton dan bahkan semua fansku. Kami semua tidak diunggulkan tapi kami saling percaya. Tentang inilah #NEVERSAYNEVER," ungkapnya.

Dengan jadwal perilisan yang sudah sangat dekat, Bieber juga mengaku bangga dan ingin segera membaginya dengan para fans. "Kurang dari 6 minggu (dirilis) dan super-bangga atasnya. Tak sabar membaginya dengan kalian semua!" pungkasnya.
